Frustrated with the slow and antiquated practices of the executive search industry, co-founders Michael Scissons and Kristin Sheridan had a vision to create a faster, smarter and more reliable firm. A firm that held itself to the same standard it expects from the talent it is seeking.
Michael Scissons
CEO & Co-Founder
A seasoned leader, entrepreneur and investor, Michael draws from more than 15 years of experience launching successful startups and guiding high-growth companies.
Rooted in content and innovation, Michael previously founded Flashstock, which grew into the global leader in the Content as a Service space. The company was acquired by Shutterstock in 2017. Before breaking out on his own, Michael was the VP of eCommerce at AB InBev. Here he was responsible for the global eComm business, including launching operations in 10+ countries and building out teams across the world.
His early career was working with Facebook where he launched their Canadian sales operations in 2006.
President & Co-Founder, Kristin Sheridan is no stranger to the executive search field. For more than 15 years, Kristin has been a leader at top multinational firms including CT and Caldwell Partners. Throughout her career, Kristin has built an impeccable reputation as a trusted partner and advisor to executives and board members across finance, sales, legal, marketing and HR.
Kristin’s frustration with the speed, bureaucracy and lack of innovation in the larger analog firms led her to join Perform Search, where she is able to lead the charge on creating a better experience for both companies and candidates.
Eric Hadley is the Managing Director of the Media & Tech practice at Perform Search. He brings an extensive background in both innovative startups and established industry giants, such as Microsoft and iHeartMedia.
An American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement winner, Adage Media Maven and Cannes Lions recipient, Eric’s unmatched network and holistic understanding of what it takes to drive growth in an ever-changing industry led him into the executive search space.
